Psychological Health

This practice is committed to empowering people to achieve good psychological health at all stages of life. Talk to your doctor if you are worried about your own or a family member’s health.


1. Could I have an eating disorder?

Eating disorders and disordered eating is common. If you have an unhappy relationship with food and/or have trouble accepting your body as it is, you could have an eating disorder. Talk to your doctor if you have concerns about yourself or a family member. Further information and support HERE.

2. Could I be depressed? Take the Depression Self-Assessment Test.


3. Could I have ADHD and what can I do about it?

Many adults were diagnosed with ADHD as children and continue to suffer with the symptoms in adulthood. Others were never assessed but suffer from poor attention span and /or lack of concentration that affects their daily lives.
