1. Could I have an eating disorder?
Eating disorders and disordered eating is common. If you have an unhappy relationship with food and/or have trouble accepting your body as it is, you could have an eating disorder. Talk to your doctor if you have concerns about yourself or a family member. Further information and support HERE.

3. Could I have ADHD and what can I do about it?
Many adults were diagnosed with ADHD as children and continue to suffer with the symptoms in adulthood. Others were never assessed but suffer from poor attention span and /or lack of concentration that affects their daily lives. Talk to you doctor if you think you have ADHD.
