Dr Ailshe Meagher is from Killenaule, Co Tipperary. She graduated from Trinity College in Dublin in 2018 and completed the Southeast GP Training Scheme in 2024.

She has a special interest in women's health and completed the ICGP community Gynaecology Course in 2022. She is a member of the Irish College of General Practitioners.

She lives in Kilkenny with her husband and daughter. She loves nothing more than spending her free time outside running, hiking or swimming.
